SIVA Finvest Private Limited (“SIVA” or “the Company”), was incorporated on 5th January, 2016 as a Private Limited Company. This is the family office entity of Mr. Sahil Vachani and Mrs. Tara Singh Vachani. On 21st January,2025, the Reserve Bank of India, New Delhi issued a certificate of registration to SIVA bearing number N-14.03640 under section 45-IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 to commence and carry on the business of non-banking financial institution as Core Investment Company without accepting public deposits.
